Personal Statement:

Life can feel overwhelming sometimes- especially when you're carrying anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, life transitions, or the pressure of trying to hold everything together. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to move forward. Therapy can be a place to slow down, process, and reconnect with yourself in a more compassionate way. I believe healing is not about "fixing" who you are, but learning to better understand yourself and move through life with greater clarity, balance, and confidence.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I value building genuine therapeutic relationships where clients feel safe, supported, and understood. I draw from CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based, strengths based approaches, while tailoring therapy to each client's unique needs and goals.

Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially when you've been carrying things on your own. You do not have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. My hope is to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are. If you feel we may be a good fit, I would be honored to support you in your healing and growth!
