Structured group therapy using tabletop role-playing games
Combines storytelling, imagination, and therapeutic skill-building

What Will Sessions Look Like?
Collaborative storytelling experience
Create and play a character aligned with personal goals
Guided by a licensed therapist (Game Master)
Practice real-life skills in a low-pressure environment
Group reflection and feedback
Who Is This Group For?
Adults (18+)
Individuals experiencing:
Social anxiety
Difficulty connecting with others
Desire to improve communication or confidence
Especially supportive for:
LGBTQ+ individuals
Neurodivergent individuals
Do I Need D&D Experience?
No experience required
Just curiosity and willingness to participate

Complete a 30-minute screening
Receive placement decision
Join Session 0 (orientation + character creation)
Group Expectations:
