I believe we all have deep strengths and strong values that guide everything we do. Many times, life tries to get in the way, but we can choose to be mindful and present to the positives and negatives in life. How do we become more mindful? It's important to pause sometimes and decide what we care about, and if our actions take us closer to or further away from where we want to go. I'm here to help you discover what is meaningful for you, and how to move toward what you want in life.

My specialties include working with individuals with anxiety, depression, and those navigating transitions in life. I also work with LGBTQ individuals navigating sexuality and life as a queer person, students, young adults and professionals, and older adults transitioning into a new stage of life. Additionally, I work with individuals with trauma histories.
