I am passionate about childhood mental health, and only work with children and teens (ages 2-16). Specializing in this age group, I also partner with the parent(s)/guardian(s). I try to foster a NON-JUDGMENTAL environment to explore the issues their child and family may be facing.

Some children I see experience issues with adjustment, grief, anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, self-esteem, trauma, and interpersonal conflict. Some children ask to come to therapy; some don't. I focus on building trust and rapport with every child/teen I work with.

Depending on the age of the child, I use techniques such as play therapy, art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy, and narrative therapy.
