As a sex therapist, I mostly help clients who would like support regarding sexual health and wellness, exploration of gender and/or sexuality, relationship concerns, or struggles with sexual communication. I work with people of all races who identify as (or are exploring) one or more of the following identities: Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual, Pansexual, Queer, Asexual, Intersex, Transgender, Agender, Genderqueer, or Non-binary. Additionally, I work with people who are Aromantic or are in diverse partnerships such as ethical non-monogamy or alternative relationships informed by BDSM. I am also trained in exposure response prevention therapy, which is an evidence-based treatment for OCD, phobias, and other anxiety disorders.

It’s time to get out of your head and live your fullest life. We will become curious explorers as you learn how to move away from avoidance and toward authenticity. You can deepen relationships with yourself and others by setting boundaries true to your values. Dare to experiment by testing anxiety and embracing uncertainty. You can do this.
