Personal Statement:

Accepting new clients - We all need support! There are many reasons people seek support; you may be feeling overwhelmed, navigating disruptive worry, feeling a lack of hope, seeking to gain more confidence, or have a goal to understand yourself better. You are not alone, and my job to is work together with you to identify your goals, collaborate steps to achieve those goals, and provide an empathetic, non-judgmental, and compassionate space to hear your experience.

I offer an accepting and empathetic therapeutic space for you to share your story. We work together at your pace. I have worked with individuals of various ages and I specialize in working with people with anxiety, depression, ADHD and/or Autism. I also have a focus in working with folks in the LGBTQIA+ community.

It can feel scary to seek support. Whether you have worked with a counselor before or this will be your first experience, I am here to help and meet you where you are in life!
