I believe in centering my approach to counseling on empathy and safety. Before we begin our work together towards effective change and progress, I believe in meeting life’s challenges with validation and support in a warm and comfortable environment. My goal is to be a neutral place of support in the midst of whatever you may be coping with and I value my relationship which each of my clients very deeply. I especially enjoy supporting and guiding my clients through difficult life transitions and early adulthood. Along the way, I’ll primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dynamic Psychotherapy as my main approaches to treatment, but am always open to tailoring my approach to your specific needs and goals, as a person-centered therapist.
