Personal Statement:

Hello! My name is Zoee Byrd and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I am based out of North Carolina and completed my Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health through Wake Forest University. I have experience and enjoy working with teenagers and adults of all ages through life transitions, general stressors, mood regulation, and overall gaining better insight into who they are. I have been striving to help others create their life worth living for the past 4 years.

My specialties include working with teenagers and young adults as they are finding themselves, adults as they transition into new phases of life, anxiety, and people who have a difficulty managing their mood. I aim to help people become more comfortable with themselves as they navigate through all life has to offer.

• I have immediate availability weekly on Fridays. I offer therapy online via video.
