I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, behavioral concerns, and social challenges. I especially enjoy supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD or Autism, as well as LGBTQ+ clients. Together, we create a supportive, nonjudgmental space to better understand your experiences, build coping skills, strengthen confidence, and work toward meaningful change.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, suicidality, and coping skills. Using CBT, DBT, and ACT within a person-centered, trauma-informed approach, I help clients develop emotional regulation, distress tolerance, social skills, and confidence.
Reaching out for support can feel difficult, especially when life feels overwhelming. You don’t have to navigate it alone. I’ll meet you where you are, without judgment, and work alongside you to build skills, recognize your strengths, and create meaningful change at your own pace.
