My practice is based on the facts I've seen with many clients over the years: you will not always feel the way you feel now, you are not what has happened to you, and there is hope for you, always.

I am trained in EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, and I borrow heavily from ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) in what I offer the people I work with.
