You’re often seen as the “strong one”—the reliable, capable person who holds everything together. People turn to you because you can handle it, yet inside you may feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns you can’t seem to shift. You try to think or respond differently, but the same internal battles keep repeating. Part of you pushes forward, while another part feels shut down, anxious, or unsure how to slow down without everything unraveling. You want relief, clarity, and a way to reconnect with yourself without losing your strength. Or you’re ready to experience strength in a new way.
Many people I work with have tried therapy before, but it didn’t feel genuine or connection-focused. They were given reflection but no real tools, and no one helped them understand why the same cycles kept repeating. Your patterns once helped you survive, achieve, and stay connected—but now they create tension within you and your relationships.
I will help you slow down and understand what’s beneath the patterns, focusing on awareness, not self-criticism—building self-compassion, accountability, and emotional safety. You will feel part of the therapeutic work, not left out, learning to respond, repair, stay grounded, and finally find change. If this resonates, I’d be honored to support you.
