Life can feel heavy when you are trying to manage everything at once. You may be balancing family, work, school, relationships, parenting, trauma, or major life changes while still trying to show up every day. Sometimes that can leave you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, unseen, or like you are carrying more than people realize. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and safe enough to begin working through the things that feel hard to carry alone.
I have a professional background in social services, where I have worked closely with children, teens, adults, parents, and families navigating crisis, trauma, abuse, neglect, family conflict, divorce, parenting challenges, and major life stressors. Through this work, I have seen how life experiences can impact a person’s emotions, relationships, self-esteem, parenting, and overall well-being. These experiences have shaped my passion for helping clients feel understood, supported, and empowered as they work through difficult parts of their story.
My approach is warm, client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I believe clients are the experts of their own lives, and counseling should be a collaborative process. Together, we can work on identifying your strengths, building healthy coping skills, understanding your thoughts and emotions, and creating meaningful change at a pace that feels safe for you.
I enjoy working with teens and adults who may be experiencing anxiety, trauma, emotional stress, family conflict, divorce, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, abuse, neglect, or feeling overwhelmed by daily responsibilities. Reaching out for support can feel difficult, especially when you are used to pushing through on your own. You do not have to carry it all by yourself. I would be honored to support you as you work toward feeling more grounded, hopeful, and emotionally well.
