Discovering a partner’s pornography use or sexual betrayal can make your world feel completely upside down. Trust may feel shattered, emotions overwhelming, and questions constantly running through your mind: How long has this been happening? Was any of our relationship real? Will I ever feel safe again? Many people experience anxiety, intrusive thoughts, sleep difficulties, or constant hypervigilance. These reactions are normal, yet it often feels like you have to “move on” before fully processing what happened. Healing takes time, but you do not have to face it alone.
I work with individuals coping with the trauma of partner betrayal—infidelity, pornography use, or sexual addiction. My focus is helping you stabilize after the shock, understand your emotional responses, rebuild self‑trust, and regain a sense of safety.
Healing from betrayal takes time, but you do not have to face it alone. I provide a safe, supportive space to explore what healing looks like for you—whether rebuilding trust in a relationship, restoring trust in yourself, or creating boundaries that protect your well-being. I invite you to begin this journey of understanding and growth.
"I'm a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate (LCAS-A) trained in EMDR and other trauma-informed approaches, helping adults and couples heal from anxiety, depression, relational trauma, and betrayal, including the impact of a partner's pornography or sex addiction."
