I believe therapy should be a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. I work with children, teens, adults, and families who may be struggling with anxiety, trauma, behavioral concerns, emotional stress, family conflict, or major life changes. My goal is to help clients build healthier coping skills, improve emotional well-being, and feel more confident navigating everyday challenges. I use a compassionate, client-centered approach tailored to each client’s needs. My style incorporates CBT, TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care. I have experience providing individual, family, and group therapy, as well as crisis intervention support. I am passionate about helping clients recognize their strengths, process difficult experiences, and work toward meaningful and lasting change in their lives.
