I thoroughly enjoy providing a safe, supportive space for individuals who are navigating life transitions, processing difficult experiences, working through anxiety, establishing healthy boundaries, or seeking to enhance their overall wellbeing. I also enjoy helping clients explore their identity, including their core beliefs and values, and discover what matters most to them so that they can live a fulfilling, meaningful, and purposeful life.
If desired, I have training in Christian integration from Liberty University and greatly enjoy helping clients explore and process their faith within counseling. I received my clinical training working with individuals across the lifespan who are navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, life transitions, grief, and faith-related concerns.
My primary approaches are Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Depending on your needs and goals, I may incorporate mindfulness practices such as deep breathing and developing an understanding of how stress can impact the nervous system, exploring thought patterns that contribute to distress, and ways to live more consistently with your values.
My goal is to help you better understand yourself through curiosity and compassion, while empowering you to choose how you want to live. I often tell my clients, “You know yourself best,” even if it may not always feel that way. I am here to guide you toward greater empowerment, freedom, and fulfillment.
