Personal Statement:

Therapy offers a space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and supported. As your therapist, I bring together clinical expertise and personal experience to help you gain clarity and feel empowered. I am passionate about guiding people towards becoming their best selves. I especially enjoy helping my clients cultivate deeper joy and tranquility in their daily routines and ordinary moments. Together, we’ll focus on taking control of what’s within your power and finding peace with what isn’t.

I specialize in supporting couples (including poly and ENM relationships) through communication challenges, infidelity, and commitment issues by helping them rebuild connection and rediscover intimacy. I also work with individuals navigating relationship struggles, attachment wounds, stress, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and work-life balance.
