Personal Statement:

EMDR Spots Available, Accepting New Clients. Do you feel stuck or like you know there is a better path forward, but you aren’t sure how to go forward? Do your moods, health, emotions, or relationships seem to keep falling apart? Maybe your thoughts get stuck in loops, rehashing the same thing, or fixated on something that could go wrong. If you experienced trauma or abuse in the past, you may be struggling with self-doubt or hatred, along with incessant fight-or-flight cycles. You don’t have to face these struggles alone. I’m here to help you live fully in the midst of your struggles and take steps towards the life you want to live.

I provide a warm environment where clients can feel safe to share their thoughts and feelings, without judgment. With a trauma and attachment lens, I give emotional support, provide resources, teach skills, and reframe your struggles in terms that you feel empowered to work with.
