Personal Statement:

Asking for help is not easy, opening yourself up to a stranger can be uncomfortable, and speaking openly about sex can be difficult, but remaining stuck, is no longer a doable option. Stepping outside your comfort zone symbolizes your desire for change and growth. I want you to know that you are not alone, and you do not have to take this journey to wholeness and sexual wellness by yourself. I applaud you for seeking help and you are worth the change you seek.

I enjoy working with individuals who are rebuilding themselves after a breakup, and working with partners who find themselves in a relationship where a partner struggles with having a diminished sex drive and all the emotions and feelings that come up for you both. I work with you to normalize life, its challenges, sex, and the diversity of human sexuality.

As a clinician in a judgment-free zone, I will help you to address the issues that are concerning you while also celebrating the joys and the wins in your life. Our sessions will be fused with care, compassion, humor, and a supportive ear, and it is a place where I encourage you to be your authentic self.
