With 14 years' mental health counseling experience, I use evidence-based skills to help you attain your goals. For couples, we work to improve your communication and build (or rebuild) your relationship. We focus on conflict management, friendship, and shared purpose, along with repairing past hurts and nurturing individual goals. I am passionate about helping you live your dreams and provide warm, collaborative care grounded in humanistic principles with a practical, results-oriented focus.

I aim to help you transform confusion and suffering into clarity and purpose. Drawing primarily from Gottman Method, ETF, CBT, and career counseling, I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs and goals. I offer 75-minute couples counseling for faster progress. I offer day, evening, and weekend appointments.
