Personal Statement:

At times, life can leave us feeling untethered—navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, body image concerns, trauma, ADHD, recovery, life transitions, or the lingering impact of painful experiences. You may feel overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, caught in patterns that feel difficult to shift, or longing to feel more grounded, secure, and at home within yourself and your relationships.

My name is Leila, and I offer trauma-informed, integrative therapy rooted in warmth, curiosity, and authentic connection. I support adults, adolescents, and couples navigating emotional overwhelm, attachment and relationship concerns, trauma and sexual assault recovery, substance use and sobriety, body image struggles, nervous system dysregulation, and identity exploration. My culturally responsive approach weaves relational, somatic, mindfulness-based, psychodynamic, and skills-based modalities to support meaningful healing and sustainable change.

Beginning therapy can feel both hopeful and intimidating—you don’t have to navigate it alone. Whether you’re starting fresh or returning to therapy, I’ll meet you right where you are.
