I work with children, adolescents and adults who are experiencing a range of issues, including: stress, managing change, family relationships, parenting, anxiety, and depression. I specialize in ADHD, working with children and adults. I have a particular interest in supporting families who are managing school-related challenges. I have expertise supporting those with emotionally immature parents/partners/spouses.

I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults for over 30 years, helping them navigate challenging circumstances. I draw on various strategies and approaches - primarily mindfulness, cognitive behavior theory, and motivational interviewing. I think my relationship with my clients is the most important element of treatment.
