Accepting New Clients - Taking care of our mental wellbeing is vital as we strive to work towards self-acceptance and self-love. Having a space to comfortably open up and discuss important feelings that hold us back is a momentous form of self-care that helps us become comfortable embracing the uncomfortable. If you'll have me, I would love to become a part of your journey to provide support and a listening ear as we work together towards achieving your personal goals.

My strength lies in my ability to listen and provide a comfortable space for my clients to better understand their feelings, as well as assisting with the development of goals and strategies to improve quality of life and mental wellbeing.
