Personal Statement:

Life is full of ups and downs, and at times we are pushed beyond our limits in ways that challenge who we believe ourselves to be. Under pressure, it’s easy to slip into reacting rather than living intentionally. Moving forward is not simple—our attention is pulled in many directions, resources feel scarce, and progress can stall. My role is to help identify and change the factors that keep you stuck, so you can move with greater clarity, purpose, and resilience. Together, we will define what success truly means for you and create a path that supports it.

I work with adolescents through older adults facing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, substance use, and life transitions, including caregivers, college students, veterans, and helping professionals. I also support families in distress and couples seeking reconnection.
