When we lose sight of who we are and what we want in life, we start living on autopilot, becoming blind to how our current patterns contribute to us feeling stuck, unsatisfied, insecure, or overwhelmed. Daily life is full of so many responsibilities and distractions, leaving us with little energy to self-reflect or connect with ourselves. Sometimes time away from all of the noise is needed to refocus on you, rediscover your individuality, and forge a path toward a more authentic, fulfilling, and self-determined life. Everyone deserves a space dedicated just to them, and therapy can be that space for you.

That's why, as a therapist, I take an eclectic, holistic approach, incorporating tools from multiple treatment modalities catered specifically to each client, ensuring that your unique experiences, identities, personality, and values are honored. My priority is to truly understand your individual wants and needs so we can create solutions that work for YOU.
