Personal Statement:

You don’t have to have the right words to explain what feels off in your life. Sometimes it shows up as tension in the body, feeling disconnected from yourself, or carrying a heaviness you can’t quite name. If you’re looking for a space where you can simply show up as you are—curious, uncertain, hopeful—you’re in the right place. Many people who find me feel drawn to spirituality or a deeper sense of meaning in their lives. I welcome that part of you too. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that healing is possible when body, mind, and spirit are all invited into the room.

In our work together, we’ll slow down and gently listen to your body’s wisdom. I draw on somatic practices that help you reconnect with yourself in ways that feel grounding, nourishing, and real. This isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about creating space for your whole self, including the parts that feel lost, stuck, or overlooked.

You don’t need to know exactly what you’re struggling with to begin. You just need a willingness to take the first step—and together, we’ll discover what healing looks like for you.
