Personal Statement:

Hello! I am so happy that you are here. You may be feeling anxious, stuck, or overwhelmed by a life change, identity shift, or relationship stress. Maybe you’re exploring your gender, navigating burnout, or unpacking old patterns that no longer serve you. You want space to be honest, to feel understood, and to work toward clarity, healing, and a life that feels more aligned with who you are. I am here to help.

I offer trauma-informed, affirming care rooted in ACT, narrative therapy, IFS-informed work, and DBT skills. I support teens through older adults with anxiety, depression, burnout, identity, and LGBTQIA+ concerns. I provide letters for gender-affirming care as well as ESA letters depending on need. Couples and families considered on a case by case basis.

Starting therapy (or returning after a break) can feel intimidating. You deserve a space where you feel seen and supported without judgment. I offer a grounded, collaborative approach tailored to your unique story. If you’re feeling stuck or unsure where to begin, you’re not alone. I’m here to help you take that first step.
