My ideal client is a college student or young professional navigating stress, life transitions, or questions around identity, relationships, or direction. They may feel overwhelmed, burned out, or emotionally stuck, yet motivated for growth and greater self-understanding. Many want support with anxiety, boundaries, self-esteem, or balancing personal needs with external expectations. I enjoy working with women and welcome clients of all genders who are seeking clarity, emotional balance, and tools to live with greater intention.
I offer a supportive, collaborative space using existential, cognitive behavioral, and person-centered approaches. I help clients explore meaning, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and strengthen self-trust while developing practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, and life transitions with greater clarity and intention.
Our values guide us, even when they feel outdated or misaligned with who we are now. While we can’t change the past, we can choose how to move forward. If you’re ready to reflect, realign, and take intentional steps toward clarity and self-trust, I’d be honored to work with you.
"I've been practicing since 2018, mainly with college students, young adults, and early-career professionals. I help clients navigate stress, transitions, identity, and relationships using existential, CBT, and person-centered approaches in a supportive, reflective space."
