My approach is humanistic and person-centered. I view therapy as a collaborative process where you are the expert on your own life, and our relationship is an important part of the work. I draw from ACT, DBT, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and insight-oriented exploration to help you connect with your values, notice patterns, and build self-compassion.
I’m interested in supporting clients navigating relationship issues, identity and self-worth, grief and loss, life transitions, burnout, anxiety, depression, and how the past shapes the present. Together, we can make space for support and gentle challenge as we explore what feels stuck, what matters, and what change could look like as I walk alongside you.
