Currently Accepting New Clients
I work with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship concerns, and everyday challenges. Many clients seek therapy when they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or are adjusting to changes in their lives. I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, identify strengths, and develop strategies to move forward.
I offer compassionate, client-centered counseling focused on helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, grief, life adjustments, and relationship concerns. I believe therapy is a collaborative process and work with clients to build trust, explore their goals, and develop skills that support personal growth and emotional well-being.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, but you do not have to face life’s challenges alone. I strive to create a safe and accepting space where you feel heard, valued, and supported as you work toward healing and growth.
