Personal Statement:

I believe life is a journey filled with both growth and challenges. Sometimes obstacles can leave us feeling stuck, anxious, or disconnected from who we truly are. Whether you're navigating transitions, healing from past hurt, or struggling with anxiety or depression, therapy can be a place to rediscover direction, clarity, and meaning.

I focus on trauma and am certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), an evidence-based approach for treating trauma. I also integrate CBT, strength-based strategies, and person-centered care to meet your unique needs. My style is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental, so you feel comfortable bringing your whole self into the room.

I began practicing in 2020 during my MSW program and became licensed in 2022. Since then, I’ve worked with adolescents, young adults, and adults on concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-esteem. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to help us determine if we’d be a good match.
