Everyone needs some moments to be heard without judgement. I believe therapy can offer that unconditional space for people. All we need to do is to invest time and effort to come to the space to explore the stories inside of us. Nothing is wrong and everything teaches us something. My specialty includes working with individuals with anxiety, depression, addictions. I have primarily worked with young adults-especially college students populations-from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds. For addictive concerns, I use SMART recovery interventions to help clients to find self-empowering way to overcome addictive problems.
