Personal Statement:

You have been in therapy before and know all about how your thoughts and behaviors effect your growth and those around you. For some reason even with this knowledge you don't know why patterns keep repeating, or why when unexpected things happen you feel overwhelmed and unable to cope. Trauma focus is different from trauma informed. Set up a session with me to see the difference between knowing what's happening and bringing your whole self into the present moment to accept, change and grow.

Working with those facing relationship issues, major life events and day to day stress I listen to where you are now and where you want to be. We will use mind body techniques (somatic, accepting and regulating) to unlock emotions, thoughts and memories that will help you craft a new way of understanding yourself and work to build the life you want.
