Personal Statement:

Welcome! I work with teens & adults with a focus on anxiety, relationships, and self-esteem. I'm based in Raleigh, but I see clients throughout North Carolina. My clients often come in feeling stuck in a cycle of stress, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and/or internal-criticism. I've been there too, and know how isolating and exhausting it can be. You don’t have to go through it on your own.

I work with people who don't want to stop at finding coping skills. That's why I integrate somatic, psychoanalytic, and existential frameworks into my approach. We will start to explore what kind of life feels valuable and meaningful for you, and work towards getting to a place where you feel safe living it.
