Personal Statement:

Accepting New Clients! When people come to therapy, they usually already have an idea of what they want to get out of it. Maybe you’ve asked yourself, “I’ve done the self-exploration, done the reflection, I know what I want to change… Why can’t I just do it?” I work mainly with young adults and students, and being both of those things myself, I know how HARD it can be to actually carry out the changes you want to see in this stage of your life. It's a process that goes deeper than willpower or having a few coping skills on hand. I hope to create an atmosphere that feels safe for you to navigate the complexity of it all together.

My specializations include social anxiety/self esteem, OCD, life transitions, managing school, depression, anxiety. My main therapeutic modalities are existential, solution focused, and CBT. My practice is LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity affirming.
