Currently Accepting New Clients
As a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student, I am passionate about creating a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I believe healing begins with authentic connection, and I strive to build trusting relationships grounded in empathy, compassion, and genuine care.
My clinical experience includes using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients develop practical coping skills and foster meaningful change. I am especially interested in working with children and adolescents, supporting them as they navigate life's challenges, build resilience, and discover their strengths.
I value meeting each client where they are, bringing creativity, warmth, and even a little humor into the therapeutic process when appropriate. My goal is to help clients feel safe, supported, and hopeful as we work together toward growth and lasting well-being.
