Everyone is welcome here! Whether you're figuring things out, facing daily life stressors, or navigating major life transitions. Are you feeling overwhelmed, losing hope, or struggling to stay motivated? Are you living in fear, constantly worried, or unsure of what's next? Are you lacking confidence, feeling not good enough? Are you a student struggling with academic pressure with time management? You are not alone!

I am passionate about helping individuals from all walks in life including, teenagers, adults and elders- especially immigrants (first generation individuals) and students - work through the emotional challenges that come with change, cultural adjustment, and personal growth.

I understand how difficult it can be to juggle responsibilities and expectations while taking care of your mental health. I am here to listen to you and walk you through your goals at your pace and on your terms. You don't need to have everything figured out to seek help. When you take that first step, that shows how strong you are!
