Accepting new clients for online therapy in NC. Life can be challenging and there are times when we may feel overwhelmed and unsure how to cope. I believe in the power of thoughts to drive emotional and behavioral responses, and I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to express these thoughts and feelings, while teaching coping skills to lessen symptoms and empower you to make decisions that improve your overall quality of life.

My style of therapy is always based on your unique needs. I work with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, stress and life transitions. I am trauma informed and specialize in helping pre-teens, teens and adults who have experienced trauma. I have additional training and licensure in substance use and addictions.

I know that beginning therapy feel overwhelming. I am client-centered and initially work to build rapport, so you can develop trust in the therapy process. I believe therapy is collaborative.
