Personal Statement:

Asking for help is hard. I’m here to help people transition from a state of exhaustion, stress and survival – to feeling more understood, present & alive. I work to create a warm, compassionate and safe space for all identities. I believe in taking time to build a relationship based in trust & understanding. I specialize in women struggling with anxiety, depression, burnout, self-esteem, pregnancy, postpartum & mom's transitioning to parenthood. My specialties also include college-aged individuals, LGBTQIA+, fellow therapists, neurodiversity, attachment issues, identity, and career changes.

I like to utilize humor and relatability. I pull from a person-centered approach, ACT, somatic work, IFS parts work, motivational interviewing and attachment modalities. I feel that I can best support people by understanding the experiences and systems that shape them – things like systems of power, family, culture, religion and their communities.
