When your thoughts are racing and your usual ways of coping just aren't working like they used to, life can start to feel a lot harder than it should. For some of us that looks like feeling scattered or stretched too thin. For others it looks like juggling stress and emotions while trying to sustain recovery. I’m here to help you slow things down and understand what’s happening in both your mind and body so we can come up with realistic ways to help you move forward toward a life that feels more like your own.
I work with adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, and sustaining recovery from alcohol or other substances, as well as those supporting loved ones in recovery. I’m a down-to-earth therapist who focuses on building trust first, then helping you figure out what tools and supports actually work for you.
"My work often focuses on ADHD, anxiety, and sustaining recovery from alcohol or other substances. Treatment may include support with executive functioning, emotional regulation, nervous system awareness, and developing practical tools that help daily life feel more manageable."
