You may be used to holding everything together on the outside while feeling anxious, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected inside. Perhaps you've spent so much time caring for others, avoiding conflict, or people-pleasing that your own needs have been overlooked. Charlotte works with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions, helping clients gain insight, build healthier boundaries, strengthen communication, and reconnect with their values.
Charlotte integrates DBT, CBT, ACT, and EFT to provide personalized, evidence-based care. Her warm, collaborative approach helps clients strengthen emotional resilience, improve relationships, develop healthier coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially if you're used to handling everything on your own. You don't have to have it all figured out before starting. Therapy can be a place to reconnect with yourself, find your voice, and begin building the life and relationships you want.
