Personal Statement:

I have a passion for walking alongside and supporting individuals and married couples as they navigate life’s challenges with compassion, respect, and hope. My goal is to offer a supportive and uplifting space where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to grow. My heart for this work is rooted in a desire to be part of the change I want to see in my community—offering a space for healing, growth, and restoration. We will collaborate to explore your experiences, develop healthy coping skills, improve emotional well-being and move toward lasting change.

I work with clients (ages 18+) from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, emotional pain, grief, trauma, and relationship concerns. My approach is collaborative. We will set goals that empower you to reduce maladaptive patterns, build emotional resilience, and move towards a more fulfilling life.

My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while also drawing from Person-Centered, Narrative, mindfulness, and strength-based therapies, and if desired, a Christian counseling perspective. Your unique story, culture, and values matter. Together, we’ll work to reduce distress, overcome obstacles, and move towards a more fulfilling life.
