I am passionate about supporting children, teens, and parents as they navigate emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. Before entering counseling, I worked as a children’s librarian, where I developed a deep appreciation for the emotional worlds of children and families. As both a parent and therapist-in-training, I understand that parenting can be meaningful and incredibly hard. My approach is warm, collaborative, and neurodiversity-affirming, and I strive to create a space where clients feel accepted, supported, and empowered to grow.
I support children, teens, and parents navigating anxiety, emotional regulation, neurodivergence, relationship challenges, and parenting stress. My approach is warm, collaborative, and neurodiversity-affirming. I help clients build coping skills, confidence, emotional awareness, and stronger family connections.
Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially when you or your child are struggling. I strive to create a warm, accepting space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. You do not have to navigate difficult emotions, parenting challenges, or life transitions alone.
I offer in-person appointments at our office in Durham, or via telehealth anywhere in NC.
