There are moments when a multitude of factors, personal experiences, and challenges can make life more difficult than we would like it to be. As a result, you may struggle with certain decisions, hold harmful thoughts, and may be “going through the motions” or simply reacting to life as opposed to experiencing life in the moment. Such challenges can impede on the progress we want to make and that we know we deserve. My role is to create a supportive space where you can not only address these challenges but also define and pursue what success means to you.

I can create a space where you are empowered to face challenges. I do not carry all of the answers like a manual to your life. Instead, I will listen, reflect, and support you in your progress and self-discovery. My clients and I utilize therapy as a collaborative process, one where we combine my knowledge and training with your willingness, strength, and expertise of yourself. In our sessions I will work with you to establish personal goals, model healthy communication, and create a space where you can be curious, vulnerable, and supported. I specialize with LGBTQIA+ individuals and individuals who struggle with substance use issues, but I welcome anyone who believes they deserve to live a better life. No matter where you are on your journey, I welcome you and want you to know that you are not alone. I am interested in learning more of your story and I look forward to working with you.
