I mainly work with teens and adults struggling with life transitions. I focus on the development of the person in a holistic approach. I also work with student-athletes dealing with performance anxiety, life after sport, and academic struggles. My youngest clientele that I work with is 13 years and up. I work with men and women of all ethnic, cultural, and sexual orientations.

I have received full model training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I currently do not practice this model but still provide helpful coping skills when needed. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and person centered modalities based on where the client is at, their needs, and their current situation.
